Lea Zoë Voss (born August 1996 in Bonn) is a German theater and film actress.
As a child, Lea Zoë Voss attended various theater and musical courses at the *Junges Theater Bonn* (Young Theater Bonn), where she gained her first stage experience. Later, she was a temporary member of the theater's ensemble and appeared in productions such as the play *Kreuz und Quer*. She completed her *Abitur* (secondary school graduation) in 2016 at the Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium.
Voss gained her first on-camera experience in 2015 in the film *Zazy*. She rose to prominence starting in 2018 through the series *Druck*, in which she played the role of Kiki Machwitz until 2019. This was followed by appearances in series such as *Das Wichtigste im Leben*, *SOKO Potsdam*, *Die Pfefferkörner*, and *Tatort*.
In the ZDFneo series *Liebe. Jetzt!*, she took on the lead role of Lucy. The production was considered one of the first German series to be filmed under COVID-19 conditions and explored the impact of the pandemic on interpersonal relationships. The series' Christmas season was nominated for the Grimme Prize in 2021.
Since 2020, Voss has co-hosted the podcast *Wo drückt’s?* alongside her fellow actress Lilly Charlotte Dreesen. Additionally, in 2021, she appeared in several episodes of *Notruf Hafenkante* and once again voiced the lead role of Olivia in the audio drama *Lynn ist nicht allein*.
For her work in *Druck*, she and the ensemble received the German Acting Award (*Deutscher Schauspielpreis*) in 2021. That same year, she was also nominated for the New Faces Award for Best Newcomer Actress for her performance in *Liebe. Jetzt!*.
In 2022, she appeared on camera alongside Jürgen Vogel for the series production *Jenseits der Spree*. She also acted alongside him in the film adaptation of the graphic novel *Nachts im Paradies*. In 2024, Lea Zoë Voss appeared in the feature film *Der Spatz im Kamin*, directed by Ramon Zürcher. The drama premiered at the Locarno Film Festival and received several international awards and nominations, including a nomination for the European Film Awards.
In 2025, Voss spoke publicly on the *NDR Talk Show* about the influence of social media and advocated for a more mindful approach to its use.
